Peter Kirk
Peter has been working as a personal trainer since 2009, nine of those years at Bondi Icebergs. Peter's approach to training is to identify any dysfunctions first, followed by correcting them and then proceed by implementing a bespoke strength & conditioning program. Peter caters to a variety of individuals ranging from ages 12 to 60+ with all different types of goals from weight loss, increasing strength, improving sports performance to improving health and fitness.

Abigail White
An athlete herself and 6-time National IAPS swimming champion for the UK, Abi is an avid sportswoman. Out of the pool, she is a keen weightlifter and thrives off endurance training, both on the gym floor and out on the roads running. With six years of experience as a personal trainer, she has coached a variety of clients from beginners in weightlifting, to elite athletes.
As a Sports Coach, she specialises in preparing her clients to accomplish lifetime achievements—marathons, triathlons, and ultra-races and the chances are high that she will be alongside you. She loves a challenge and has big plans for 2025—a 101km race in Tasmania, a 70.3 Ironman, and a multi-day adventure race (watch this space)!

Bill Flemming
Bill has a strong, proven commitment to providing clients with high energy, positive and results driven sessions.
Since 2017, Bill has been a visible fixture on the Bondi fitness scene. Before joining the Icebergs Family in 2021, Bill was the Head Coach of F45 Bondi, helping lead the studio to the number 1, World Champion title for 2018 & 2019. Bill went on to create his own Bondi Beach Bootcamp and PT clientele, placing 2nd as one of Sydney's top 5 Personal Trainers by the Wentworth Courier/Daily Telegraph for 2020.
Bill specialises in encouraging clients of all ages to feel and look their best and ultimately live their best life.
